Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, professor at the Institute of International Economic Relations in Eisenstadt (Austria). Author of more than 200 works on the problems of teaching foreign languages, including textbooks of German and Russian for foreigners. Current areas of research: European language policy; intercultural education and the dialogue of cultures; foreign-language training of specialists in contemporary Europe.
